• Positive: Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Personal ist freundlich, die Bäder sind sehr gut ausgestattet.
• Negative: Es gibt Zimmer, die nur ein Fenster (über dem Bett!) zum Lichtschacht hin haben, der sehr eng ist und praktisch kein Licht gibt. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber die Müllabfuhr in der Nacht ist dafür umso lauter. Außerdem hört man bei jedem U-Bahn-Zug ein leichtes Dröhnen, das aber in der ganzen Gegend.

• Negative: Mucho polvo en el armario de nuestra habitación, la persiana rota, el lugar donde se cuelga el papel higiénico en el baño también roto. El extractor del baño hacía muchísimo ruido.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Mucho polvo en las habitaciones. La pila del baño llena de huellas que detectamos nada más entramos en la habitación (eran muy obvias)
• Location: 10 Excelente. A dos pasos de Gran Vía y de Ópera.
• Common facilities and services: 5 El desayuno bien. El hotel muy bonito, bien decorado.
• Staff: 10 Todos muy amables, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno.

• Room: 10 Televisión de plasma y DVD en la habitación, con servicio gratuito de películas. Mini bar. Habitaciones amplias, espejos de cuerpo entero, ducha moderna, sofá en la habitación.
• Value for money: 5 Sería un hotel excelente si cuidaran más el tema de la limpieza en los armario, baños y sobre todo, si repararan todo lo que se rompe en las habitaciones (persianas, ubicación del papel higiénido, etc...). Quizás deberíamos haber pedido un cambio de habitación, pero no lo hicimos porque apenas nos quedamos una noche.
