"Estimado cliente, Tenemos muy en cuenta las valoraciones que hacen nuestros clientes.En el caso de la llave, comentarle que es verdad que es a la antigua usanza, pero que es un detalle que nos diferencia del resto de Hoteles. Nuestro Hotel es un Hotel con encanto, temático, situado en una típica Casa Palacio de Cádiz, y queremos que todo vaya acorde con la estética que queremos representar. Además, normalmente se deja en Recepción para su mayor seguridad. Respecto a la TV, espero que fuese un caso puntual, porque la señal suele ser muy buena, aún así nuestro servicio técnico suele actuar con la máxima solvencia y rapidez.
