"Estimado Cliente. Agradecemos sus comentarios al respecto de nuestra ubicación, ya que nos agrada que valore la situación de nuestro Hotel, en pleno centro de la ciudad, y en la calle más céntrica de Cádiz. Veo también que nos otorga una puntuación sobresaliente en limpieza, así como en instalaciones y servicios. Si bien observo, tuvo algún problema con el ruido del ascensor, cerca de su habitación. Normalmente, no solemos tener quejas al respecto, ya que la habitación está lo suficientemente bien aislada, pero entienda que puedan surgir problemas técnicos que dificulten la correcta prestación del servicio. En este caso no tuvimos constancia en Recepción del hecho que comenta, cosa que lamento, ya que quizás lo podríamos haber subsanado. Espero poder atenderle en otra ocasión, Alberto Lozano, Jefe de Recepción."

"Estimado Cliente. Le agradezco se haya tomado la molestia de completar el cuestionario que enviamos a cada huésped. Veo que valora de forma sobresaliente nuestra situación, así como la limpieza del Hotel y la calidad de su personal. En este caso, veo que no quedó del todo satisfecho con las dimensiones del cuarto de baño. En primer lugar, quería comentarle que los cuartos de baño de todas las habitaciones cumplen con el mínimo estándar que se exige para un hotel de tres estrellas. Por otro lado, informarle para una próxima estancia que tenemos habitaciones con el cuarto de baño más amplio, con bañera o con placa ducha grande, recientemente reformados. Respecto a la relación calidad/precio, veo que la valora muy por debajo de la que quizás merezcamos(a tenor de la puntuación que nos da en apartados anteriores), hecho que se produce por coincidir su estancia con el GP de Motos en Jérez, y que es temporada alta en toda la provincia, hecho que espero que entienda. Tenemos una puntuación media notable en este punto como usted podrá comprobar, debido a que somos unos de los establecimientos hoteleros de Cádiz que más ofertas lanza a sus clientes.
