• Positive: Everything! The staff was MORE than helpful, everything was immaculate, the rooms were so cute, and the bed was VERY comfy!
• Negative: The shower heads were detachable which was awesome, but the holder that kept it up if you wished to use it as just a simple shower didn't work. The nozzle kept slipping down so we had to hold the shower head the entire time. Which wasn't bad at all.

• Cleanliness: 10 everything was kept immaculate and in great condition.
• Location: 7.5 Easy to get to anywhere you want via metro, though not a lot of interesting things on that particular street.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Many offered services available, including laundry which was great!
• Staff: 10 Everyone was very nice, courteous, and extremely helpful. We were given a map and were told some of the best shopping, eating, and tourist districts. My camera memory card died and they were easily able to tell me where to get a new one, and where ai could find electronics stores.
• Quietness: 7.5 Walls are a bit thin but our neighbors were all VERY courteous.
• Room: 10 The bed was VERY comfortable, the room was perfect sized, heating, air conditioning and a nice TV. Desk and clothes cabinet in the room as well. Plenty of electrical plugs for charging your things (4!)
• Value for money: 10
