• Positive: How fresh and clean the place looked. The staff was really friendly and most of all, the breakfast we received each morning in our room was a real treat! We really felt at home.
• Negative: The rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom. But since you are only in your room to sleep, it's okay.

• Location: 5 Just a few minutes walk into the centre and close to the area Chueca with its many bars and clubs.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Especially the opportunity to order your breakfast the night before and indicate what time you would like to have this, served in your room!
• Staff: 7.5 Not all of them speak English, but very nice and helpful!
• Quietness: 7.5 We stayed at the back of the hostel, which was good. However, we heard from people that if you stay at the front, you will have the noise of the street and subway.
• Room: 5 Small but clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom is really small...
• Value for money: 7.5 Although located near the centre, maybe next time we will look for something actually in the centre. And bigger rooms. But the breakfast served in the room makes a big difference!
