Our apartment (family suite) was lovely, great big balcony and spacious living area

The screeching mechanical whining of what sounded like a fan with a wheel bearing going on top of the Mirador restaurant right next to our room. It got increasingly loud over the course of the week and never stopped, reducing our enjoyment of the balcony as we got very fed up with the constant noise. It was only really audible from the apartment block we were in (room 1207 and surrounds). Also thought the 'heated' pool was too cold, would have been more enjoyable of a couple of degrees warmer.

Beach and shops across the road thro ugh the shopping centre - 5 min walk.

The only heated pool was too cold. However pool area was nicely kept and restaurants were decent.

The staff in the restaurants were all very welcoming and friendly.

Loud noise from what sounded like a fan with a bearing going on top of the restaurant next to our room. It didn't stop all week and we didn't use our balcony much as a result - could still be heard inside at night. Some noise from the entertainment in the bar could also be heard in our apartment at night but this stopped by around 11pm most nights. Noise from pool area in the day - this didn't worry us (and somewhat blocked out the incessant fan squeaking).

Great room layout but extremely uncomfortable, rock hard beds. Unkempt window boxes (no plants just weeds), inability to use the in-room PlayStation to play DVDs as this function had not been installed and the Wi-Fi connection wasn't good enough to do this ourselves.

We all had a lovely holiday, didn't use kids club our go to any entertainment but still feel that it was decent value for money - just wasn't as restful as we'd have liked.

el trato recibido por la recepcionista Evelyne el ultimo dia, diciendome que como la habitacion de cortesia estaba completa que ella lo que hacia cuando viajaba con sus hijas era cogerse la habitacion un dia más, me pareció una respuesta desagradable, decirme que pagase 225€ que es lo que me costaba diariamente la habitacion por poder permanecer en la habitación mia 1,5h mas, la solicite si no habia habitacion de cortesia disponible el poder dejar la habitacion a las 13,30h, también nos sugerio que nos duchasemos en la piscina a lo que mi marido la bromeo que si sacabamos alli el champu y el gel, me pareció una atención pésima (si esto no hubiese pasado mi valoracion seria bien)

En mi caso la que escogimos de 1 habitación estuvo bien para los cuatro, el sofá un poco duro y deformado y también echamos de menos un microondas. El baño grande, pero te duchabas y se salía el agua por todos lados.

Calidad/Precio lo considero genial, sobre todo si vas a la Isla a conocerla y quieres hospedarte para desayunar y dormir allí. Muy bien ubicado, personal increíble y buenas instalaciones. La comida nos pareció bastante decente, con bastante variedad.
