The size of the two bedroomed apartment, very spacious and well equipped

The lack of sunbeds. Chained up round one pool until 9:30am whilst no monitoring round quiet pool allowing guests to reserve the night before!

Towels changed everyday. The rooms are spotless, couldnt fault them. However bedlinen was not changed at all during our stay.

location for us was perfect as we were able to stroll along the beach alot of days.

the evening entertainment venue is ver poor. It is stifling hot inside and the accoustics are very bad. there are a few tables outside but you would need to be down for 8 to get one. On our last night most people had pulled tables and chairs outside. This should be an indication to the hotel that this venue is not fit for purpose.

This would have got an exellent as the entertainment team were amazing as were some of the restaurant staff. I also emailed reception prior to our arrival and all I dealt with were very helpfu. The pool bar staff however could do with taking some lessons from the others apart from Christina and the young girl they were always pleasant.

We had the usual issues with noise Neighbours dragging furniture around at 12 or 1 a.m. or children running up and down in their rooms from 7 a.m. but we expect that on holidays and our children were little once too so not a problem.

The rooms are well equiped and well laid out. We didnt have a view unfortunately as we do like to sit on the balcony in the evening before heading to dinner but thats not a deal breaker for us.
