• Positive: El atendimiento fue maravilloso, el personal muy amable. La habitación era estupenda para nosotros cinco, con una terraza enorme donde disfrutaban los niños y bastantes atenciones. Agradecemos la habitación de cortesía que nos dejaron para arreglarnos antes de marchar. La limpieza de las instalaciones.

• Cleanliness: 10 Room cleaned every day and towels changed. Hotel grounds were so well maintained.
• Location: 10 Very close to beach, shops and hotel approx. 20 mins from the airport.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Would really benefit from having a gym on site, even if only a small basic gym.
• Staff: 10 From reception staff, to bar staff and especially the animation team in particular Jack, Nicko and Nathalie so good at their job.

• Room: 10 Very big 2 bedroom apartment with very big balcony. All appliances in it to suit self-catering also.
• Value for money: 10 All-inclusive very good option. Quality of food and drinks very good.
