• Positive: La amabilidad de sus camareros, camareras de piso, los cocineros y las instalaciones
• Negative: que en la habitacion para ser un hotel 4* le falta muchas cosas por mejorar ( no habian ameties de aseo), las actividades deberian ser para todos los huespedes no solo destinadas a los ingleses, incluyendo las comidas. P/D: Y un comentario despectivo de una de sus camarera de piso con respecto a mi mascota.

• Positive: The room because it is a very spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace and all the amenities.
• Negative: The buffet was not good enough for a 4 stars hotel. There was not range of fresh fruit, coffee was very bad and juices were not fresh. I expected expression machine coffee and less offer but more quality.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Common areas were well attended and they clean the rooms every day.
• Location: 5 The location is good if you are interested in visiting Cesar Manrique's places but if you prefer enjoying beaches every day I would choose playa Blanca because beaches are better.
• Common facilities and services: 5 They offer many services (pool activities, massages, .…) But the buffet menu was not good enough. Poor quality in some meals and very basic.
