• Lage: 5 Tout est approximativement 30 mins de marche mais ça on le sait en reservant . En revanche quel horreur ce parking !!!! Ayant une voiture basse je me suis retrouvé à frotter mon bas de caisse en y sortant !
• Einrichtungen und Service: 2,5 Une piscine en rooftop qui ferme à 20h en plein été à Barcelone ? Pire , le rooftop complet avec son bar qui ferme à 20h ... on se croirai en plein Decembre !!! Periode de COVID je ne peux pas juger la salle de sport ainsi que le sauna .
• Personal: 5 accueil expeditif à 23h ... j'aurai aimé qu'on me fournisse le ticket pour la gratuité du parking à mon arrivé et pas que je doive aller le reclamer plus tard ...
• Ruhe: Nicht bewertet Odeur de beuh sur le rooftop et dans les ascenceurs , on a eu droit pendant notre séjour à 2h de musique à fond chaques jours par des voisins et quand on tente de prevenir l'accueil on nous repond "on va faire le necessaire..." en vain !

• Preis-Leistungs: 5 À plus de 100€ la nuit et surtout venant d'un 4 étoiles je m'attendais à mieux surtout aprés avoir hésité avec un hotel de grande marque voisin !

• Negativ: J’ai commander une chambre avec un lit king size ils m’ont pour ma femme et moi ils m’ont donner deux lits séparés, je suis parti a l’acceuil pour changer ils m’ont dit qu il n’y avait us de chambre dispo , alors que quand on reserve sur le net ils y en a plusieurs de disponibles. Encore dans la chanbre y avait rien au niveau du mini bar rien niveau serviettes et savons vraiment pour le prix a payer j’étais déçu. Le lendemain autre personne a l’acceuil nous a donné une autre chambre la ca va , niveau propreté vraiment déçu, au niveau de la terrasse et la piscine a. Niveau horaire ils disent ouvrir de 09h a 20h les personnels arrivent a09:30 et la terrasse est encore sale des verres de partout des serviettes sales des megots de cigarette dans la piscine vraiment deguelasse. Pour le prix c’est deguelasse alors que c’est quand meme un hote 4 etoiles.

• Negativ: La limpieza de la piscina, no había personal pendiente en ella, para asegurar la correcta utilización de la misma. Había basura en ella, gente fumando cenizas, al día siguiente, nadie la había limpiado.

Around the pool there was a lot or rubbish after every night (the guests did pool party every night and every morning there was some pizza boxes, bottles, butts and other rubbish also inside the pool), the cleaner did his job around 10 AM or later not well (ex. still some butts remained and this was very disgusting).
• Lage: 7,5 Quite good. Not far from the beach or some sights, metro and bus stops just above the corner.
• Einrichtungen und Service: 5 Services were limited because of Corona (that I accepted and was ok with). What made me angry was that even if I went to the pool before 10 AM there was no towels available. And when I asked in reception, they told me they would be available after cleaning - well, till 13:00 wasn't, so we rather left the hotel. Glass around the pool was dirty. Butts everywhere around the hotel, around tables in the open space used for breakfast.
• Personal: 7,5 Helpful and nice, but should do more - before guest arrival, checking if everything is ready and prepared, clean the hotel according standards and even more during Corona!
• Ruhe: 10 This was absolutely OK.
• Zimmer: 5 Well, it was a room without glow. Simply, small, and little bit used. Minibar and coffee was a plus. Excellent air condition - worked perfect and was easy to set the right temperature.
• Preis-Leistungs: 2,5 If it would be 3 star hotel, than OK. But from 4 stars I'm really awaiting more. First should be perfect clean - during our stay it was dirty. Dust was even in restaurant by entrance to the main bar, butts around the pool and in outside space used for breakfast and even for entrance doors (can also provide some photos, if you like). Second service - the stuff was mainly friendly, but if I book a room for 2 people, I'm awaiting towels and cosmetics for 2 not only for one. The cosmetics should be premium - according your website photos. We get one shower gel, one shampoo and one soap - 4 star hotel? Really? Breakfast was average. Tasty, but a 3 star level. Dont know, that this was because of Corona, so any down points for that, just writing. At the end - it is really such a shame, that you wasn't able to offer more. With such a nice view, your hotel can be top rated, if it would be clean, with premium services including towels and premium cosmetics, breakfast etc. as advertised on your website. Your name is SB Glow Hotel - but we stayed in SB Hotel definitely without any glow we expected.
