• Negativ: No room service No addiional towels for the pool area Pool area beds all taken and dur to covid reduced hours so got 1 hour on the floor of relaxing 1 small bottle of water to accompany the no room serivce Paid extra for the pent house - the sliding door to split the room was broken and not stuck to the floor the jacuzzi bath didnt hold the water and after getting the merchanic in to fix it we got in only for the water to drain half was through and for the jets the spray us into oblivion.

• Positiv: The daily cleaning of my room and the furnishing as well as the Roof bar/pool
• Negativ: The staff exspecially "Nicole"is unfriendly and apperently not suited to be a receptionist at a 4 star hotel. Tbh that killed everything. You couldnt ask a simple question without getting a annoyed look and rude answer. At one day i forgott my mask in my room i went back in to the hotel and i got yelled at for not wearing a mask. I do not say that saying something about not wearing a mask is wrong especially in corona times is essential but it is not a reason to yell at a guest.

• Ruhe: 2,5 If one of the neibouring rooms had a lady with high heels you could hear it on the parked very loud and clearly and could even pinpoint where she is walking. At somepoint there was a whole party in a room which lasted until 4 am. Because i knew that the staff wouldnt do anything about it i just put on some earplugs.
