• ここが気に入らなかった: The area the hotel was located in, the lack of ccommunal areas within the hotel (i.e. the breakfast was served in what was really the hotel reception area).

• 立地条件について: 2.5 The area around the hotel felt a little ominous and I would not have walked around in the dark.

• スタッフ: 5 The welcome wasn't particluarly warm. The guy at the check in desk would not give me the hotel key until my husband had off loaded the luggage and been to park the car - but we had had a long journey and I wanted to take the kids upstairs to rest.

• ここが気に入らなかった: They lock all the doors at night, this means you can get of of your hotel room but you can not go into the loby. When I found this out I worried about what would happen if there was a fire. Also when we went to check out in the morning we had to wake up the desk clerk my banging on the door for him to unlock it. When we checked out the clerk charged us an extra 10 euro because he could not do math. The room was nice but was missing a lot of basic items like a garbage can and coat hangers. The breakfast is also not worth the 10 euro you pay per person.

• 清掃について: 5 The room is tidy, but the rest of the hotel is in a bit of a mess from all of the construction going on in the hotel.

• スタッフ: 2.5 Some staff were nice, but other staff were rude, they would smoke infront of the door to our hotel room. One man was especially rude when we went to pay and the machine could not read my chip card.
