• ここが気に入らなかった: Nous étions au rez de chaussée côté patio et c'était assez bruillant. Nous avions réservé une chambre double et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un studio avec qq points négatifs (évier qui coulait, pas de télécommande pour la TV, qq endroits abimés, pas de torchon pour la vaisselle...) au petit déjeuner nous sommes arrivés à 9h15 (et il n'y avait plus beaucoup de choix (plus de pain))

• ここが気に入らなかった: Location: too far from main sights Internet: wifi didn't reach fouth floor rooms (where we were put) Staff treatment: when I arrived at the hotel, the man in the front desk said I didn't have a reservation, even tough I had received an email from the hotel confirming it. When I told him about the confirmation, he said I shouldn't have done the reservation in the hotel's website, but by booking.com (if you have a website and an online booking service, that should be valide). After he got us a room, he said that breakfast was not included and we should pay 7 euros each to eat at the hotel. When we asked for the printed confirmation we gave him to show that breakfast was included, he refused to give it back. By the last night we could confirm that the breakfast was, indeed, included, and asked to the manager to have a refund of the days we had to eat out. All of a sudden the manager stopped speaking english, started being rude and gave us only half the money back. I will never go back to this hotel and will naver recommend it to anyone.

• スタッフ: 採点なし When I arrived at the hotel, the man in the front desk said I didn't have a reservation, even tough I had received an email from the hotel confirming it. When I told him about the confirmation, he said I shouldn't have done the reservation in the hotel's website, but by booking.com (if you have a website and an online booking service, that should be valide).
