• Room: 10 Good size, nice decor. Fabulous bathroom and a balcony! No English Channel on TV. WIFI not brilliant in bedroom

• Negative: very noisy (woke up lots of times because of the noise), air conditioner broken, water in the shower was hard to regulate (or extrematly hot or very cold). They did not put me in the type of room i requested. Staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.

• Positive: the location in the Gothic quarter--but the front rooms are on a very noisy street!Also the concierge very helpful when my suitcase lock jammed. Good breakfasts
• Negative: A smell of drains in our bathroom, and a torrent of water down a light fitting in the corridor--although this was speedily fixed when I brought it to the attention of the front desk
