• Staff: 2.5 En recepcion fueron correctos pero un poco secos. Hicimos unas preguntas y contestaron con autentico desinteres.
• Quietness: 5 Nuestra habitacion era exterior. Daba a la calle ferran donde esta el hotel y la verdad es que al ser una calle bastante transitada habia ruidos.
• Room: 7.5 Las habitaciones son bastante normales pero estan bien.
• Value for money: 7.5 Buscamos en comparadores de precios de hotele y finalmente la mejor oferta la encontramos en la web del hotel.

• Positive: Tener la suerte de estar en la habitacion 330 del hotel rialto del carrer ferran barcelona
• Negative: Que por internet tuvieranos botella de cava en habitacion, que no estuviera y q en la cena nos dijeran q no estaba y q podiamos tenerla en aquel momento, q la bebida no estaba incluida. Y nos intentaron hacer beber refrescos, vino agua, ... la cena en viernes noche y faltaban bastantes cosas de la carta.
