• Positive: The accompanying staff and the room with the multicolored Rain Forrest shower with a plus . The mini bar was included as well which was unexpected.The hotel is in the older section of Madrid and within walking distance of many attractions . We would definitely recommend the Preciados Hotel to other travelers and wouid stay there again if we were ever in Madrid in the future .

• Positive: Excellent location. Staff incredibly professional. Room was quite. Decor very tasteful. Bed comfortable. Mini bar restocked daily without charge. Fantastic!

• Cleanliness: 10 Housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. Sharp uniforms, always smiling, courteous.
• Location: 10 Could not be better. Central and walking distance to every site we wanted to see.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Strong food and beverage program.
• Staff: 10 Best front desk staff I have seen in any hotel that I have travelled. (I've stayed at hundreds of hotels).
• Quietness: 10 Perfect.
• Room: 10 Well appointed, tasteful decor, excellent amenities.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value for price paid. I will return the next time I visit Madrid.

• Negative: Very, very loud. Shower was incredibly small (in a suite!) and front desk process for both check in and check out very slow. So slow we actually missed our train waiting for them to process. Beautiful building but in dire need of updating. The King bed was 2 twin beds which meant the sleepless night (due to the street activity and poor bedding) was spent avoiding falling between 2 beds. Beautiful building but in desperate need of updating or at least, full disclosure at booking.
