• Positive: The quality of this hotel was top notch-attention to detail was great!! The price was extremely good for what we received.
• Negative: The only thing we did not like..and it was very minor was there was no light in the shower. But I must say, the shower was HUGE and had both a rain shower and a hose head.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Older travelers, Couples, Luxury, Modern style lovers, Budget travelers, Business travelers

• Location: 10 Near everything on a basically pedestrian street. Many good restaurants and shopping very close.

• Room: 10 There was great attention to details including USB ports, free minibar (LOVED), robes and slippers..just to name a few.
• Value for money: 10 BEST bargain we had in Spain-HIGHLY recomend!

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 bed is very good, unusual lighting scheme in the room and shower. Breakfast in a very nice restaurant,
• Staff: 10 truly helpful, took us by the hand to the bus leaving to Toledo, every request handled within 1 minute
• Quietness: 10 our room on the first floor was not facing the street, the window (by choice) faced a wall so it was very quiet
• Room: 10 surprisingly large, convenient
• Value for money: 10 it is Madrid after all, hotel/food is expensive, but this hotel is worth it
