• Cleanliness: 10 Very very clean and perfectly kept.
• Location: 10 This is a great location right in the heart of Madrid.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The hotel had computers that we available for use 24/7.
• Staff: 10 Every member of the staff was helpful and pleasant. On one occasion, the bell man walked us to a requested location nearby instead of just giving us directions.
• Quietness: 10 The hotel is located on a side street. I had a room facing the street and it was very quiet.
• Room: 10 The room was average sized with a comfortable bed and good lighting. There was a safe in the room, the hair dryer was a good one, and the minibar was free. The bathroom was almost new and nicely appointed.
• Value for money: 10

• Location: 10 The hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk to nearly all the major sights.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Availability of computer (downstairs from the lobby) was very helpful.
• Staff: 10 All the staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. They arranged for us to attend a flamenco floor show and were wonderful about giving us directions to anywhere we needed to go.
• Quietness: 10 Very surprised to find such quiet rooms in a hotel just off the Gran Via.
• Room: 10 We stayed in a jr suite-- very spacious room and bathroom. Nice view of the rooftops of the area. Enjoyed the very small balcony. Having a jacuzzi tub was wonderful!
• Value for money: 10 Great value.

• Negative: smoking in other restaurants. The hotel restaurant had fresh air, but there was not a representative sample of people to make final judgment.

• Quietness: 10 Outside could be noisy, but double windows kept interior quiet when closed.
• Room: 7.5 Rooms a little small, but exceptionally well appointed and comfortable.
• Value for money: 10 Not inexpensive - at least by American standards, but good value for the money.

• Negative: I liked everything! but I did find the pork served in the restaurant was a little too salty for me.

• Cleanliness: 10 Beautifully maintained. You could eat off the floor.
• Location: 10 Couldn%27t be better. Within walking distance of all Major Madrid attractions. 3 minutes to metro and capitals largest dept store. 5 minutes to Puerta del Sol, the official centre of Spain. What more do you want?
• Common facilities and services: 10 Excellent. Only hotel I have ever been in with free minibar, much appreciated after a day sight seeing. Free wifi in all rooms and internet access also free.
• Staff: 10 Service that one would expect in a hotel of much higher grade. Uniformed staff (including maids. Everyone really police and helpful. Problem with room safe sorted within 90 seconds!
• Quietness: 10 brillian soundproofing. You would never believe that you were on a busy main street.
• Room: 10 Average size, very modern furnishings and very comfortable. Batheroom with bidet and good selection of toiletries including comb and toothbrush (very useful). Lovely iron balconies. Excellent noise insulation, with windows closed there is no street noise at all. The shutters are really good they make the room completely dark even in daylight.
• Value for money: 10 Great Value. Can%27t wait to go again.
