• Positive: The service. Everyone was nice and gave you the time to listen and were not rushed. People got things done for you, nicely. I had a problem with the heater in my room and the lady in the reception was considerate to give me the connecting room where I can sleep and not have to move my bags because I was already settled in with my family, including a toddler. The next day the heater was repaired at 8 am. I cod not think of a better way to resolve this issue. Also there is a gentleman, Alejandro I think, who I called when I was at the zoo and there was no taxi to go back to the hotel. He called me a cab and
