• Positive: The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Paula and Isabel were so help and spoke wonderful English which was helpful to me as I did not speak Spanish. The hotel was in a great location near Plaza Mayor and other main attractions.
• Negative: There was nothing bad about the hotel, it was just different from other hotels as it does not have refrigerators or irons in the room but not really a big deal.
