• Cleanliness: 10 Good daily service. Housekeeping called to make sure we didn't need room cleaned the day we came back to hotel early.
• Location: 10 Very well located to the restaurants and clubs we've come to enjoy over multiple visits to Madrid.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The computer printer was down but Julia was very helpful in helping me get my multiple boarding passes printed out.
• Staff: 10 We talked with four different staff members during our stay - ALL were friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 5 If windows are closed the room is remarkably quiet, but we were there before the heating system changed to air conditioning so we had the windows open and the street noise is high but we are in a city so noise is to be expected.
• Room: 7.5 The room was nice but small for two with two suitcases and purchases.
• Value for money: 10 Very reasonable and well priced. We'll try to reserve a superior room or suite next time.

• Positive: The location of the Hotel Plaza Mayor was awesome! It was easy to get around the city from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions for restaurants. The breakfast was excellent too.
• Negative: The only issue was the air conditioning wasn't working so the room was a little warm when we went to sleep.

• Room: 5 air conditioning wasn't working. The room was a little small for a triple. No view from window.
