• Quietness: 2.5 Dreadful noise from building work adjacent to hotel-Im sure this is temporary-but there is some road noise too.However ,double glazing is fitted and effective(if yuo keep it shut!)

• Location: 10 great location close enough to walk every where we wanted to be and to walk to and from the train station.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast was ok. I enjoy a typical European breakfast but this one was only ok.
• Staff: 10 I was surprised by how well the staff spoke English and understood our high school class Spanish. They gave us a place to store our bags the day we checked out and allowed us to use the phone to call ahead to our next hotel. The staff was very nice.
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 7.5 The room was more than what we needed. There had no extra space and it was not luxurious but it wasn’t small. There was a TV and an air conditioner. The room also had a fridge which was a definite plus. We enjoyed our stay.

• Positive: The people make the place. They were so helpful and genuinely nice that I would definately recommend this hotel to a friend. The location for me was perfect.
• Negative: I would recommend that the breakfast buffé would be improved, more fresh and healthy options. But that may depend on the season as well.
