• Location: 10 fairly central and close enough to shops beach and train /bus station
• Common facilities and services: 5 some common areas however not particularly user freindly
• Staff: 10 staff are alway very helpful. excellent service from staff at all times.

• Room: 5 rooms are in great need of updating especially the bathrooms and all fittings
• Value for money: 7.5 we are staying next year somewhere else that is cheaper , so will be able to comment then. we have always assumed that we get what we pay for, however for 5 years and 7 stays we haven%27t gone anywhere else.
