• Positive: Great location and very helpful staff. Our time in Barcleona was great, and a lot of our enjoyment was based on infomation and advice we received from the hotel staff. Terrific centrail location within walking distance of many sites, and conveneient to both metro and tourist bus as well.

• Location: 10 Right on La Rambla, near Plaza Catalunya. We felt like we were in the middle of the energy of Barcelona
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 A nice and varied breakfast, and PC in lobby for airline check-in, or buying tickets to attractions via websites.
• Staff: 10 Extremely knowledgeable and English-friendly.
• Quietness: 10 Never heard any street noise - our room was in the back of the hotel..
• Room: 10 Plenty of space and a great bathroom.
• Value for money: 10 Seemed comparable to other hotels that we looked at in Barcelona, and based on our experience, worth the cost...

• Positive: I liked the staff that was very professional. I liked the room that was clean. I also liked having a wifi that was working well.
• Negative: I disliked the single room too small. If I had new the room was that small I wouldn't have booked it. I disliked not to be able to see the sky from my room. I disliked there was not a single TV channel with movies in English nor in French, and a VOD very expensive (more expensive than a movie ticket!). I disliked the sunroom that was always closed.
