• Cleanliness: 5 Había alguna humedad en la habitación pero la limpieza era correcta.
• Location: 10 Está situado prácticamente en la Puerta del Sol.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Las instalaciones y servicios que ofrecen son los que ofrece cualquier otro hotel, pero que ofrezcan wifi gratuito está muy bien.
• Staff: 10 En todo momento nos ayudaron y nos explicaron de forma detallada (con planos que ellos mismos te facilitan) cómo se iba a los sitios, dónde comer, etc. A parte, mi pareja y yo salimos a las 14:00 de Madrid y nos guardaron sin ningún tipo de problema las maletas un par de horas.
• Quietness: 7.5 Pese a que el hotel está situado en pleno centro de Madrid no escucharás ningún ruido de fuera, ya que las ventanas tienen un doble cristal bastante ancho. Por lo que respecta a los ruidos interiores, pues escucharás los típicos de maletas o voces de otros huéspedes.
• Room: 5 La habitación es muy básica, pequeña, sin grandes lujos, de hecho no tiene mini bar, y las vistas, por lo menos las de mi habitación daban a la calle de atrás de la Puerta del Sol. Habitación correcta pero sin lujos, eso sí, tiene pantalla de televisión plana.
• Value for money: 7.5 Pues realmente lo que se paga de este hotel es la situación. Puedes ir a cualquier lado andando. A parte la amabilidad de los gerentes es buenísima. Si las habitaciones estuvieran más reformadas y con mini bar sería todo perfecto.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Reception told me to leave laundry in the bath for house keeping, but they ignored it. The next day I left it on the bed for house keeping and it came back the same day - beautifully cleaned and ironed.
