• Location: 10 The absolute best location in all of Madrid.
• Common facilities and services: 5 no fitness, but nice lounge.
• Staff: 10 very accomodating
• Quietness: 7.5 could hear some noise from adjoining rooms. When balcony doors were open, could hear noise from street.
• Room: 7.5 small but very well equipped
• Value for money: 10 unless it was free...it couldn't have been better.
