• Location: 10 hotel is a 1 minute walk to the centre square in madrid city centre.most buses/tourist buses etc can be accessed here to all other parts of the city if you do not wish to walk everywhere

• Staff: 10 excellent staff check in & out was a breeze. unless you need there attention no-body bothers you here at this hotel
• Quietness: 10 very quiet hotel - great after a day walking around the city - if you want to party 3 streets away you will find endless bars
• Room: 7.5 no view from the hotel room but how long are you going to spend in the room? size was very comfortable
• Value for money: 10 great value for what you get and the location - again this is an extremely clean well run hotel

• Location: 10 Every point of interest was within walking distance but the hotel was on a quiet street.

• Staff: 10 Very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone spoke English quite well.
• Quietness: 10 Madrid is very noisy but the hotel was very, very quiet at all times.
• Room: 10 Excellent size room with large bathroom. Good closet also.

• Location: 10 The location is perfect. It is close to the city center but a block back so it is quiet.
• Common facilities and services: 10 There is a nice TV in the lobby that we watched the Real Madrid Spanish Championship game on with other guests. It was great!
