Situated in the heart of Madrid, in a vibrant area, the hotel is just 100 metres from the famous Callao and Puerta del Sol, and close to the Preciados and Gran Vía shopping streets.   • Positive: La situation géographique de l'hôtel, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel de réception -je parle espagnol, cela a sans doute aidé-, le petit déjeuner buffet très abondant et varié , la salle de bains bien conçue, le décor de la chambre sobre et fonctionnel. les placards suffisants j'y suis restée 5 nuits
  • Negative: la taille de la chambre pour une personne -très très petite- et la vue sur une cour intérieure (heureusement je n'y étais pas beaucoup et il faisait nuit (mon séjour était en novembre, les jours sont courts)
