Situated in the heart of Madrid, in a vibrant area, the hotel is just 100 metres from the famous Callao and Puerta del Sol, and close to the Preciados and Gran Vía shopping streets. The rooms are well-equipped and have free wired internet access. Buffet breakfast is included. The restaurant-cafe serves traditional cuisine with daily set menus and à la carte.   • Positive: La Situación muy centrica de todo lo necesario para visitar, las habitaciones muy comodas, limpias y muy calentitas, el desayuno tipo bufett libre muy completo y exquisito, y el trato de la gente del hotel muy bueno y super atentos con el personal. Sobre todo la calidad precio y servicio excelente.
  • Negative: La cabina de hidromasage que tenia la habitación, perdia un poco de agua, pero soportable.

  • Cleanliness: 10 Todo muy limpio y te dejan unos adornos en la cama hechos con las sabanas.
  • Location: 10 Situación excelente a 100 metros de la puerta del sol, y de todo lo necesario, gran via, todos los accesos a metro, bus y taxi.
  • Common facilities and services: 10 Las instalaciones excelentes para ser un hotel de 3 * tipo clasico y muy acogedor. La calidad del desayuno excelente.
  • Staff: 10 Tanto la recepción como el personal de limpieza muy atentos. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha y nos atendieron muy bien.

  • Room: 10 Habitación bastante grande. Teníamos una vista a un campanario muy bonita. La ducha que nos tocó tenía hidromasaje.
  • Value for money: 10 Vale mucho lo que pagas por lo que recibes.
