- Negative: Had a room that shared an entrance off the main corridor with the adjoining room and had the misfortune to have quite loud neighbours.

- Location: 10 Excellent location. The river only 100 yards or so away - so central to Prague overall. Charles Bridge approx. 0.5 mile one way and Wenscelas Square approx. 0.5 mile the other way.

- Positive: Location. The quality of the furnishings and bathroom. The fabulous breakfasts included in the room rate.
- Negative: They never got the ac to work. They said it WAS working when it clearly was NOT. The front desk staff tried to be very helpful. But the manager was unfriendly and unbelieving of our problem.

- Quietness: 10 We had an inside room. No view (which I don%27t care about) but extremely quiet.
- Room: 7.5 Great Room. Modern. Extremely comfortable beds. Fantastic bathroom.
- Value for money: 7.5 The Air Conditioning never worked the whole time we were there. Sometimes at night the room temp was 28C. Many calls to the front desk and several attempts at repair never worked!
