• Room: 10 Minibar not working and sink leaking not fixed/replaced during our 5 day stay. Loose/broken towel fixtures in the toilet.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 We had trouble with a severely clugged shower drain and when complaining someone had dried the floor but not fixed the problem. The bathroom was flooded after just a few minutes of showering during our entire stay. Friendly cleaners though. Problem was on the reception staff.
