• Location: 10 Amazing location especially when pay the extra to have a room looking towards the plaza. Can walk everywhere and the metro is right there if needed.

• Quietness: 7.5 The plaza is always busy. However the rooms are double-glazed so is not a huge problem. Inside the hotel is quiet. Suggest travel with ear-plugs if noise is a concern.
• Room: 7.5 Second chair would be good. Bathroom great. Beds excellent.
• Value for money: 10 Location, location, location.
