• Positive: The staff was fantastic! Very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Puerta del Sol. Our room was very pretty and cozy with a huge bathroom. Most comfortable bed of our 10 day trip.

• Location: 10 The heart of Puerta del Sol. Steps away from Metro.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Great restaurant on the property. Coffee and tea in room. Beautiful lobby.
• Staff: 10 Wonderful!!!So accommodating. Stored our luggage before and after our check in and check out time. Called taxi for us. Very efficient and personable.
• Quietness: 10 Very quiet despite the location.
• Room: 10 Very comfortable bed. Plenty of room. The bathroom was beautiful and big. Coffee pot, fridge, and safe in room.
• Value for money: 10 Very great value in every way....location, staff and accommodation. Excellent in every way.
