• Staff: 7.5 Very courteous staff, however they didn't know a lot about getting around the city. We needed to get out to a soccer stadium and they sent us on the wrong tram.
• Quietness: 5 For being in the center of the city, we were pleasantly surprised with the insulation through the windows and curtains in keeping the noise outside to a minimum.
