• Positive: You willingness to let me leave something at the hotel which I would not need until my night there 2.5 weeks later, and then having that item waiting for me in my room. Alberto was very helpful. The discount for being a perigrino.
• Negative: The airconditioner was set on high. For hours I could not get to sleep because I was so cold. It would really help to have clear instuctions on how to alter the temperature and not to set it on the highest setting. I also was very disturbed by the exhorbitantly increased prices at the restauant for sitting outside: 8 euros for a bowl of soup!
