• Negative: I had a foot injury 2 days before the trip and I couldn't walk. I kindly asked the hotel to change my booking days but they just responded with "get well soon, we cant change the booking dates". Since I have paid already, I had to travel in pain and stayed most of the hours in the hotel. I understand that the hotel has their policies but I would also respect a little bit of understanding and humanity for an injured person. I didn't ask for any refund, I just to postpone dates for a week but I wasn't allowed.
