• Positive: Helpful and friendly reception staff, room had good sound proofing (was quite quiet despite being inner city and facing onto a busy road) and curtains blocked out the light well.
• Negative: WiFi reception in room was not good and kept dropping out. TV remote was partially broken, and there was no option for subtitles (in any language!)
