"Buenas tardes Esther, en primer lugar nos gustaría agradeceros vuestro tiempo dedicado a escribir una reseña de lo que ha sido vuestra estancia en nuestro hostal, y de haber realizado la reserva a través de nuestro canal directamente. Para nosotros es muy importante saber las opiniones de nuestros huéspedes para así mejorar en todo lo posible, y desde ahí tendremos presente lo que nos comenta sobre la habitación superior. Deciros que la mayoría de habitaciones tienen cama de matrimonio, y tratamos de asignar habitaciones con este tipo de cama a todas las reservas por orden de llegada, excepto si nos solicitan lo contrario. Puede darse el caso de que se agoten las que tienen cama de matrimonio y asignemos habitaciones con dos camas, de ahí que en la información que encuentra en cualquier canal de ventas se especifica que la cama de matrimonio en las habitaciones superiores está sujeta a disponibilidad. De cualquier forma si nos lo permiten, les solicitamos que si deciden repetir nos indiquen expresamente su deseo de tener una cama de doble y trataremos de atender su petición. Por último decirles que valoramos mucho que aún con el inconveniente que esto ha significado para ustedes nos hayan calificado con una buena nota. Unfortunately in your particular case we do not feel that your words were very constructive, because your behaviour as guests was a "little" inappropriate in our opinion. We want to provide memorable experience to all guests that choose us as their home in Sanlúcar and we are sorry to read that our room, our staff and our relation price/quality didn't meet your expectations. Regarding the humour of the owner. Usually, his humour is quite enjoyable and pleasant, and it is something significant in a lot of reviews. If someone during the night get into a PRIVATE place to take some food and they do not say anything, it means that they wants to get something free and the food in a hostel is not free, and maybe this could be a reason to be disappointed as a owner. Are you agree? As regards to the relation of price/quality, we consider you got one of the best prices of the year, 152,22€ for three nights, and you really think it was not right for that room, really? We feel like that you get angry because the owner ask you about what you had and this is the main reason about the content of your opinion. En cuanto a la valoración que hacen ustedes lamentamos que el Hostal no haya respondido a sus expectativas y las molestias que hayan podido tener. Asimismo no creemos que tengamos mucha opción a la mejora ya que usted no detalla qué es lo que no le ha gustado de la habitación (2,5 sobre 10), o cuál es el problema que ha tenido con el personal (2,5 sobre 10), si es que ha habido alguno.
