• Negative: Ich hatte 2 Buchungen bei Ihnen, 7 Übernachtungen und im Anschluss 10 Übernachtungen mit meiner Partnerin. Sehr laute Zimmer!! Rezeption war nicht fähig dem Wunsch nach einem Zimmerwechsel in ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu erfüllen. Nach täglichem Nachfragen wurde mir dann ein Zimmer zur anderen Straßenseite angeboten, das sicher genau so laut war. Dafür wurden auch noch 50,- € verlangt. Unverschämt! Zimmerservice/Sauberkeit: Na, Ja. Lässt zu wünschen übrig. In den letzten 10 Übernachtungen kein Wäschewechsel. Frühstück: sehr eintönig! Das Personal war bis auf den älteren, freundlichen Kellner im Frühstücksrestaurant, nicht sehr freundlich. Das ist kein Service! Ich arbeite selbst als Expedient in einem Reisebüro und werde Ihr Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
