• Positive: Ein Präsentkorb beim Zimmerwechsel und die Übernahme unserer Getränkekosten (max. 100€) war sehr nett, ändert aber am Problem nichts. Nach der 3. Beschwerde und Ankündigung von weiteren Beschwerden haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen in dem wir von weiterem Baulärm verschont waren.
• Negative: Das Hotel wurde gerade teilweise renoviert. Die Lärmbelästigung war für uns unerträglich. Ein Wechsel des Zimmers war lt. Chefin der Rezeption nicht möglich. Die Belästigungen durch Bauarbeiten sollten aber am nächsten Tag aufhören. Das war grundweg gelogen.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 abgesehen von dem Schmutz durch Bauarbeiten
• Location: 5 an einer viel befahrenen Strasse.
• Common facilities and services: 5 z.T. ältere Raucherzimmer
• Staff: 7.5 freundlich, hilfsbereit, bemüht.
• Quietness: Not rated Lärm durch Bauarbeiten. Fliesen abschlagen auf den Balkonen, Flexarbeiten am Geländer, Elektro und Tischlerarbeiten Austausch von Möbeln und Küche. Sämtliche beweglichen Möbel haben keine Gleiter an den Füßen und machen beim Verschieben einen Höllenlärm. Die Putzfrauen müssen ständig die Möbel hin und her schieben. Das hört man im ganzen Haus.
