• Negative: No cot in room, despite phoning in advance to confirm one would be present. Not ideal arriving at 2am with a baby and having to wait for a cot. The room was a little dusty and the breakfast was very poor - we are vegan and all we could eat was bread and a poor selection of tired fruit, whilst being surrounded by messy tables.

• Staff: 5 Breakfast staff were mopping a floor rather than clearing tables. I assume you should mop the floor when breakfast has finiahed.

• Positive: La habitación, el Trato de la gente de la gente de recepción por la tarde-noche.
• Negative: La atención que nos dieron al llegar, no nos explicaron nada, nos dieron la documentación con SA i habíamos reservado la cena, no nos dieron la consumición de Bienvenida. El Spa había varias coses que no funcionaban: las burbujas del jacuzzi, 2 de las 3 camas de aire...

• Negative: Pedimos una habitación triple para 3 adultos y una de las camas era un sofá cama, lo cual la comodidad y el confort difiere bastante de una cama convencional. Suerte que sólo era para una noche, pues si hubiéramos dormido más noches en la cama supletoria hubiera quedado plegada.
