• Cleanliness: 10 Yes, cleanliness everywhere. The room, the bathroom, also, the hand basin/wash bowl, the tub, the lavatory. I%27ve felt all right, I%27ve felt at home !!!
• Location: 10 Very very good location !!! This establishment is near the Prado Museum, El Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, The Park Retiro. I was very pleased to visit them.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated
• Staff: 10 The staff was very kindly, they have speaked me in a kindly tone. Only when I have asked them if is there an available room for one more night, they haven%27t had a knowledge of.
• Quietness: 10 I was looking for some peace and quiet and I%27ve found out it in this hotel !!! Muchas gracias !!!
• Room: 10 The room was perfect, spacious, I liked the mirrors, but if I%27ll come back the next year, I%27d like a more bright room if it%27s possible. I%27d like the sunlight to get into the room.
• Value for money: 10 Yes, I consider this hotel was worth paying, but are there periods of the year when the rooms are at a moderate price? If I might get off cheaply an another period of the year?

• Positive: El chico de recepción de patillas y gafas, Alfonso creo recordar, con una atención exquisita y con una palabra adecuada en cada momento. Solucionó todos mis problemas y necesidades a cada momento con muy buena resolución, y no puedo decir lo mismo del resto de compañeros.
• Negative: Algunos miembros del personal, lo viejas que están algunas instalaciones e imperdonable que el wi-fi no sea gratuito a estas alturas de la vida, siendo su coste tan elevado que me atrevería a calificarlo como atraco. También llamé durante un minuto a un teléfono fijo nacional y me lo cobraron como si hubiera llamado durante media hora a un teléfono móvil de Costa de Marfil.
