• Positive: Tea making facility in the room. Complimentary minibar which is restocked. Good choice of breakfast. Nice, large bathroom. Nice selection of toiletteries.

• Location: 5 It's close to the Atoch railway station but there are other hotels that are better placed for visiting tourist attractions (Westin Palace near the Prado etc)

• Staff: 5 Apart from one lady who was very nice the other staff didn't smile very much and wanted to get rid of an enquiry quickly rather than be patient and helpful.

• Room: 7.5 Biggest bathroom I've every seen in a hotel.
• Value for money: 10 Very reasonable but please get free wifi in every room. More and more travellers are taking their laptops and want to go online without the bother of having to go down to the lobby. You need to keep up with what other hotels are offering.
