• Positive: Localización muy céntrica, a pocos minutos andando de la puerta del Sol. También que hay wifi y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.
• Negative: La habitación era más bien pequeña y daba a un patio interior.

• Cleanliness: 10 Extraordinariamente limpio, me alegró ver que no había moqueta.
• Location: 10 A pocos minutos andando de la Puerta del Sol, al mismo tiempo está en una calle tranquila y sin ruidos.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Nuestra habitación era bastante completa, aunque hubiera deseado que tuvieran una cafetería y/o restaurante con servicio de habitaciones. Por otro lado, al estar céntrico hay muchos lugares alrededor donde comer. El hotel está en la primera planta sin ascensor, en nuestro caso no fue problema, pero si alguien viaja con una maleta grande muy pesada podría ser difícil subir.
• Staff: 10 Nos atendieron un matrimonio muy amablemente. Avisamos que llegaríamos después de medianoche y nos esperaron sin problema. Además tras hacer el check-out pudimos dejarles nuestras maletas hasta que nos fuimos de la ciudad.
• Quietness: 10 Nos dieron una habitación del fondo del pasillo, con lo cual la tranquilidad era absoluta, y tampoco oímos ningún ruido de la calle.
• Room: 7.5 Habitación doble pequeña pero completa, con baño completo privado, TV, aire acondicionado, mesa, silla, armario empotrado, caja fuerte, mesita de noche, y conexión a internet wifi gratis. No tenía minibar. Tanto la habitación como el cuarto de baño tenían ventanas que daban a un patio interior.
• Value for money: 10 Habitación doble en el centro de Madrid con todo lo que necesitábamos por 45 euros/noche.

• Room: 7.5 Room with private bath. The bathroom is a bit small, but there is no problem with that! Has a closet and TV to.
