• Cleanliness: 7.5 Simple as that: clean.
• Location: 10 In the very center, can't ask for more
• Common facilities and services: 5 snacks are sol at the reception. room with TV and AC
• Staff: 7.5 Speak english (not that commmon in Madrid), willing to help, allow to use theyr PC for ariline web-checkin
• Quietness: 10 never heard any noise, not even doing 15M or san Isidro
• Room: 7.5 Rooms are small, but you are not in Madrid to stay inside there, are you?
• Value for money: 5 Could hardly be cheaper... but for sure could not cost you more
