• Positive: Stayed many times and this time we were able to get a front facing room as requested. Will certainly stay again. It's very friendly and convenient for all Madrid sights and easy to get to from the airport.

• Location: 10 From the airport it's best to go to Tribunal - only 1 change.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 3 computers in reception. Always at least 1 free.
• Staff: 7.5 All excellent (except the night lady!!)
• Quietness: 7.5 Some internal noise but well proofed from the outside.
• Room: 7.5 Good size and comfortable.
