The Hostal Ballesta is a comfortable establishment located right in the centre of Madrid, which offers you a great variety of possibilities to use public transport, whatever your pleasure or business plans are. The hostel is a cozy, recently refurbished establishment, and the prices are very affordable, especially considering that it offers all the services to ensure our guests’ stay is a pleasure.   • Positive: La localización del hotel, está muy cerca del centro y de los lugares de interés. La atención del personal del hotel fue muy correcta. Limpieza y orden correctos.
  • Negative: La habitación era correcta en cuanto a medidas, pero las paredes son muy delgadas se escucha todo. El aire acondicionado no se podía regular más arriba de los 22ºC y tenía que abrirlo y cerrarlo contínuamente.
