• Location: 10 Close to everything (Plaza Mayor, Gran Via shopping area, Grand Palace, Molina Sunday Market) all within walking distance.

• Staff: 10 Show and explain everything while checking in.
• Quietness: 7.5 is at the Gran Via main street only noisy when the balcony door is open but bearable.
• Room: 7.5 basic but enough to store everything (my 2 luggages) and still have room to move around.
