• Staff: 10 Very nice staff, we asked for a late check-out and they arranged everything for a very reasonable price. Also, we had no problem to check-in and arrive late in the night as there's a doorman to open the door of the building and the hotel.

• Positive: Limpio, camas cómodas, buena ubicación.
• Negative: Pues cuando llegamos resulta que no teníamos habitación a pesar de haberla reservado varios meses antes y nos enviaron a un hostal de la planta superior que solo el olor echaba hacía atrás. Al final como éramos un grupo nos pudimos repartir en varias habitaciones. No tuvieron ni el detalle de no cobrarnos la estancia a pesar del problema generado por ellos (y no es por el dinero), mas bien nos decían que la habitación de arriba ya les iba a costar a ellos. Por todo eso mi valoración no puede ser positiva, porque estando muy bien el hostal, la opción propuesta por ellos era no dormir allí.
