• Positive: The location. Less than a block to the Plaza Santa Ana and centrally-located between the Prado and the Palacio Real.
• Negative: No elevator. Carrying heavy luggage up and down four flights of stairs was no fun.

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Older travelers, Families, Luxury, Peace seekers, Handicapped
• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean. Did not notice anything unpleasant.
• Location: 10 Terrific location right in the middle of most of the areas that tourists want to visit.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Didn't really have much use for common areas or services. The only notable shortcoming was no elevator, especially when carrying heavy luggage up/down four flights of stairs. One small inconvenience is that we had to check-in at their sister property in an adjacent block.
• Staff: 7.5 Staff was helpful and courteous and graciously let us leave our luggage when we arrived well before check-in time.
• Quietness: 7.5 Surprisingly good, given the number of bars and restaurants right outside our window. Note that we were there mid-week, so there may be much more noise on the weekends.
• Room: 7.5 Smallish, but nicely appointed. Great water pressure in the shower. View was to the street below...fun to watch the action.
• Value for money: 10 We looked at many places before choosing this one. Nice, comfortable rooms for this price in this location...hard to beat.

• Cleanliness: 10 Muy limpia la habitación
• Location: 10 Excelente ubicación justo en el centro y cercano al metro
• Common facilities and services: 10 en la habitación nos dieron todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y seguros, caja fuerte, refrigerador, baño.
• Staff: 10 Muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar con dudas
• Quietness: 10 a pesar de estar en una calle muy concurrida no se oia nada del exterior
• Room: 5 el tamaño es pequeño y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho pero es suficiente para descansar y bañarse no se necesita mas.
• Value for money: 10 excelente precio por lo que nos dieron!!
